❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

🚫 No Return Policy

We follow a strict No Return Policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

⚠️ Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund (only in valid cases)

💰 Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.

💳 Payment Policy

We operate on a prepaid-only model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
